This was actually an MPG movie converted into Flash, the text is pixalated due to the compression and convertion, I also noticed that converting from a movie file to flash caused a freaky time flub tword the end.

As for Play button, the pre-loader and play button were ommited by mistake, i was to exited to post this and I will make sure the next video has both.
